This Privacy Policy explains how Desk Posture Guardian (“the App”) handles user information.

1. Information We Access

The App uses the camera on your device in order to provide posture estimation and desk posture analysis features.

2. Purpose of Use

Information accessed through the camera is used only for the following purposes:

Posture estimation while sitting or working at a desk
Detection of posture-related indicators such as forward head posture, slouching, or body tilt
Posture awareness support and real-time feedback
Display of posture-related information and other app features

3. Data Storage

The App does not store images, videos, or camera footage on the device. The App also does not store such data on external servers.

Posture check history data, such as posture status, score, date/time, and app setting data, may be stored only in a local database on the user’s device. This data is not transmitted to external servers and is managed solely on the device.

4. Data Retention

Posture check history and app setting data are retained on the device until manually deleted by the user. The App does not have any automatic data expiration or auto-deletion mechanism.

5. How to Delete Your Data

Users can delete their app data through the following methods:

Delete individual posture check history entries from the history screen within the App, if available
Change or delete app settings within the App, if available
Go to device “Settings” → “Apps” → “Desk Posture Guardian” → “Storage” → “Clear Data” to delete all app data at once
Uninstalling the App will permanently remove all app data from the device

6. Data Transmission

The App does not transmit camera data, posture estimation data, images, videos, or related information to external servers.

7. Sharing with Third Parties

The App does not share user data with third parties. The App also does not use advertising SDKs, analytics SDKs, or other third-party SDKs.

8. Permissions

The App requires camera permission in order to provide its features. Users can manage or disable camera permission through their device settings. If camera permission is denied or disabled, some or all features of the App may not function properly.

9. Children

The App is not specifically directed to children.

10. Health and Medical Disclaimer

The App is intended to support posture awareness and general wellness. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or professional healthcare services. Users should consult a qualified healthcare professional for any medical concerns.

11. Changes to This Policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. Any changes will become effective when posted on this page.

本プライバシーポリシーは、Desk Posture Guardian（以下「本アプリ」）における利用者情報の取扱いについて説明するものです。

1. 取得する情報

本アプリは、姿勢推定およびデスクワーク中の姿勢解析機能を提供するために、端末のカメラを使用します。

2. 利用目的

本アプリは、カメラから取得した情報を、以下の目的のためにのみ利用します。

着席中またはデスクワーク中の姿勢推定
首の前傾、猫背、身体の傾きなど、姿勢に関する指標の検出
姿勢意識づけの支援およびリアルタイムフィードバック
姿勢に関する情報表示その他のアプリ機能の提供

3. データの保存について

本アプリは、カメラから取得した画像、動画、映像データを端末内に保存しません。また、これらのデータを外部サーバーに保存しません。

姿勢チェック履歴（姿勢状態、スコア、日時等）およびアプリ設定データは、利用者の端末内のローカルデータベースにのみ保存される場合があります。これらのデータは外部サーバーには送信されず、利用者の端末内でのみ管理されます。

4. データの保持期間

姿勢チェック履歴およびアプリ設定データは、利用者が手動で削除するまで端末内に保持されます。本アプリは、データの自動的な期限切れや自動削除の仕組みを持っていません。

5. データの削除方法

利用者は、以下の方法でアプリ内のデータを削除できます。

アプリ内に履歴画面がある場合、個別の姿勢チェック履歴を削除する
アプリ内に設定画面がある場合、アプリ設定を変更または削除する
端末の「設定」→「アプリ」→「Desk Posture Guardian」→「ストレージ」→「データを消去」を選択することで、すべてのアプリデータを一括削除する
アプリをアンインストールすることで、すべてのアプリデータが端末から完全に削除されます

6. 外部送信について

本アプリは、カメラデータ、姿勢推定データ、画像、動画、その他関連情報を外部サーバーへ送信しません。

7. 第三者提供について

本アプリは、取得した情報を第三者に提供しません。また、本アプリは広告SDK、解析SDK、その他の第三者SDKを利用していません。

8. 権限について

本アプリは、機能提供のためにカメラ権限を使用します。利用者は、端末の設定からカメラ権限を変更または無効化できます。ただし、カメラ権限を無効にした場合、本アプリの一部または全部の機能が利用できなくなることがあります。

9. 子どもの利用について

本アプリは、子ども向けに特化して設計されたものではありません。

10. 健康・医療に関する免責事項

本アプリは、姿勢への意識づけおよび一般的なウェルネス支援を目的としたものです。本アプリは、医療上の助言、診断、治療、または専門的な医療サービスを提供するものではありません。健康上の不安がある場合は、医師その他の資格を有する医療専門家にご相談ください。

11. 改定について
