This Privacy Policy explains how Calm Tide – VR Mindfulness (“the App”) handles user information.

The App may use device motion sensors, such as the gyroscope and accelerometer, in order to provide a VR viewing experience and respond to head or device movement.

Device motion sensor information is used only for the following purposes:

- Supporting mindfulness, breathing, and relaxation experiences within the App

3. Camera and Microphone
The App does not use the device camera or microphone.
The App does not capture images, record videos, record audio, or transmit camera or microphone data to external servers.

The App does not store personally identifiable information on external servers.
Device motion sensor information used for the VR experience is processed on the user’s device and is not stored or transmitted to external servers.
If the App stores app settings or preferences, such data is stored only on the user’s device and is managed locally.
5. Data Retention
App settings or preference data, if stored, are retained on the user’s device until deleted by the user.
The App does not have any automatic data expiration or auto-deletion mechanism for locally stored settings or preferences.
6. How to Delete Your Data
Users can delete locally stored app data through the following methods:
- Go to device “Settings” → “Apps” → “Calm Tide – VR Mindfulness” → “Storage” → “Clear Data” to delete all app data at once
- Uninstalling the App will permanently remove all app data from the device
7. Data Transmission
The App does not transmit personally identifiable information to external servers.
Device motion sensor information used for the VR experience is processed on the device and is not transmitted to external servers.
8. Sharing with Third Parties
The App does not sell, rent, or share user data with third parties.
The App does not use advertising SDKs, analytics SDKs, or other third-party SDKs.
9. Permissions
The App may use device motion sensors to provide VR functionality. These sensors are used only for the VR viewing experience within the App.
The App does not require camera or microphone permission.
10. Health and Wellness Disclaimer
The App is intended for general mindfulness, breathing awareness, relaxation, and self-care support.

5. データの保持期間
アプリの設定やユーザー設定データが保存される場合、それらは利用者が削除するまで端末内に保持されます。
本アプリは、端末内に保存された設定データやユーザー設定データについて、自動的な期限切れや自動削除の仕組みを持っていません。
6. データの削除方法
利用者は、以下の方法で端末内に保存されたアプリデータを削除できます。
- 端末の「設定」→「アプリ」→「Calm Tide – VR Mindfulness」→「ストレージ」→「データを消去」を選択することで、すべてのアプリデータを一括削除する
- アプリをアンインストールすることで、すべてのアプリデータが端末から完全に削除されます
7. 外部送信について
本アプリは、個人を識別できる情報を外部サーバーへ送信しません。
VR体験のために使用される端末モーションセンサーの情報は、端末内で処理され、外部サーバーへ送信されません。
8. 第三者提供について
本アプリは、利用者データを第三者に販売、貸与、または共有しません。
本アプリは、広告SDK、解析SDK、その他の第三者SDKを利用していません。
9. 権限について
